Weekly and monthly reports
You get a progress report every week and another every month, and can message us on WhatsApp anytime.
Classes are 60 minutes each. You can see the current plans and prices on our homepage, and our refund policy explains cancellations.
Questions parents ask
Is it right for a shy child?
Yes. 1:1 classes suit shy children well, because there's no group watching. The trainer starts where your child is comfortable and builds up gradually.
How soon will we see a change?
It depends on the child, so we don't promise a timeline. You'll get a progress report every week and every month, so you can see what's changing and what's next.
Is it 1:1 or a group class?
Always 1:1. Every session is one trainer and one child, live on Google Meet.
Will it help with school presentations, elocution and debate?
Yes. These are exactly the situations we practise, and you can tell us about any upcoming event so the trainer can help your child prepare for it.
How long is a class?
Each class is 60 minutes. The free demo class is about 60 to 70 minutes.
What if we need to miss a class?
Let us know at least 4 hours before and we'll reschedule. The Terms explain the full rescheduling rules.
